RETURN POLICY

We do our best to photograph and describe our products so that you can make an informed decision when you place your order.  We will work with you to resolve the following concerns:  

My order was fulfilled incorrectly, was missing items or I received the wrong items.  Mistakes happen and we hate if we missed something or mixed up an item in your order.  Contact us via email at citrustwistlifecrafted@gmail.com within in 7 days with "damaged/missing product" in the subject line, please provide photos of the damage or details of the missing item.  We are happy to work with you to find a resolution.  

I ordered the wrong color/size or item.  Contact us immediately if you notice it after placing the order but before it is shipped, we will gladly make adjustments needed to insure you receive the items you need. 

If you have already received your order, we will exchange the product for a similar item or issue a Citrus Twist credit for the amount of the item.  Contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order at citrustwistlifecrafted@gmail.com.  Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping charges for returning any items.   All returned items must be received in a re-sellable condition.  

I ordered digital items by mistake.  Digital and SVG cutting files are not eligible for refunds as they are fulfilled immediately when payment is received.  There is currently no way to return a digital item...we include "DIGITAL" in the description of all of our products that are fulfilled this way so you can make the an informed decision at the time of purchase.
