We charge flat rate shipping for domestic US orders, the current rate is $9.95. International and Canadian orders now ship on a weight/distance based system using DHL, USPS or UPS. and international customers.

Due to increasing rates in shipping we have limits on the total number of albums you can purchase per order. For all U.S. domestic orders, this limit is 6 Life Crafted Original albums per order or 4 Life Crafted 6x8 albums per order, if you are ordering both sizes, please limit your order to 4 albums total or contact us for additional shipping costs. If you wish to purchase more than these maximums, you can place an additional order or contact us by email and we will work with you to find economical shipping and invoice you for the difference.
International and Canadian orders are now based on weight and distance, though we don't have a set limit on the number of albums, UPS and USPS do have maximum weight limits.
Album and Shop orders.
All shop orders are final. We do our best to provide photos of our products to help you in your purchase decisions.
How is shipping calculated?

What do I do if my Order arrives damaged?
As much as we wish we could ensure each package is delivered timely and without damage, this just isn't possible. Citrus Twist packs our product with care. Once your product leaves our shipping facility, we are not responsible for delays, damaged packages and/or missing items that occur as a result of shipping. For damaged resulting from shipping we can provide you with contact information for our shipping partners, it becomes your responsibility to contact USPS, DHL and/or UPS for resolution. Refunds from Citrus Kits will not be issued for products damaged by shipping.
If your order arrives damaged or missing an item not resulting from shipping, you can email us within 7 days of receipt at email@example.com with “damaged/missing product” in the subject line, please provide photos of the damage or details of the missing item. We are happy to work with you to find a resolution.
What do I do if my Order does not arrive after it has shipped?
Please notify us within 60 days of the shipping date if your order does not arrive. We can assist you with contacting our shipping partners to locate your package, it is your responsibility to follow up with USPS, UPS, DHL or your local service provider to resolve lost packages. Refunds for lost packages will not be issued.
