How does the Citrus Twist Lie Crafted kit subscription work?
When you sign up for Citrus Twist Kits you will receive the Life Crafted kit each month at a discounted price with a 3-month commitment. After 3-months you can cancel your subscription. If you choose to continue getting your kits you do not need to do anything.

How is shipping calculated if I don't purchase a subscription-type kit?
Our website is set up for flat rate shipping. Shipping will appear in your cart at the time of check-out.

When will I be billed for my kit?
Your card will be charged at the subscription rate + shipping at the time you first subscribe and automatically bill thereafter on the 1st of each month. (Your monthly billing receipt will indicate the month you start your subscription.)

When does my kit ship?
Shipping generally starts on the 4th of the month (or first business day following the 4th) and takes just a few days for us to get all of our customer kits packed and shipped. You will also receive a shipping notice with tracking information once your kit ships. We typically complete kit shipping on or before the 9th of each month. We announce the anticipated shipping commencement in our last-day-of-the-month kit reveal newsletter.

What is your cancellation policy?
If for any reason you need to cancel your subscription please send an email with 'cancellation' in the subject line to hello@citrustwistkits.com. If you cancel by the 15th of the month your subscription will end with the kit of the month you cancel in. If you cancel after the 15th of the month you will receive the following month's kit and then your subscription will end.

Will my subscription automatically renew?
Yes. You will continue to receive your kits after your subscription term ends. You need to email us to stop your automatic renewal per our cancellation policy above. Email hello@citrustwistkits.com with “cancellation [plus your name]” in the subject line.
